Both the staff and the officers have donated funds to purchase everything from linens and toiletries, to clothing and food. Grabill also recently donated to the Almont Lions Club, Goodfellow Newspaper. The funds from the sale of this paper help local families both during the holidays and throughout the year.

architectural windows and doors made in usa
All Grabill products are proudly made in the USA. We are part of the Pure Michigan campaign in which we use as many local suppliers as possible. Our primary lumber supplier is right here in nearby Detroit while much of our glass is supplied by a company based in Fenton, Michigan. Even closer to home, historical hardware that was designed and engineered by Grabill, is cast at another Almont based manufacturer. At Grabill we do our best to keep it local and keep it made in the USA! For more information on Grabill Windows and Doors please visit our website.

SAY HELLO TO OUR SENIOR DESIGNER
Sol Cunningham joined the Grabill Staff nearly 4 years ago. He brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arizona and has years of design experience in the window and door arena. Sol has an unparalleled perspective to the Grabill product. He has had the opportunity to work, hands on, with the wood, glass, finish and hardware during his rotation on the shop floor. With that experience, he can combine the construction and design knowledge to create exactly what is requested. Sol works closely with the architects on each job, interpreting their intentions to comply with Grabill production capabilities. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking. He has even made the 13 mile trek to work by bike, now that is what we call Grabill Green.

Meet our Project Coordinator
Tony Benthem is Grabill's Project Coordinator and has been with the company since 2000. He studied long and hard and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is the person on the other end of the phone when you are looking for pricing or finding out delivery details. He also produces the material take-offs and orders to keep the jobs rolling. He has his hand in every aspect of the job, so if there is something to be told about it, he can likely tell you. Thus, he has the title Project Coordinator. Aside from Grabill, Tony is a proud husband and father to wife Carrie and handsome little 1 year old Konner. In the event Tony isn't trying to keep Konner out of mischief, he also enjoys golf, football and working out. (However.....with a 1 year old..........there really isn't much time for that!)

Grabill Windows and Doors Joins the Local Business Alliance
The women of Grabill Windows and Doors are taking some time away from their business of manufacturing architectural wood windows and doors to be part of a local womens group. Partner and CFO Teresa Grabill and Office Manager Tammy Pepper recently joined the Almont Women Business Owners Alliance created by the Almont Downtown Development Authority and Tri County Bank. The ladies were invited to attend as Grabill Windows and Doors is one of the largest manufacturing facilities in Almont and unique to the area with their custom wood or clad window and door creations. The CFO and Office Manager will join other local business owners or managers to network and share ideas, education opportunities and to create a forum for women to help other women. The group hopes to be involved with local career days, mentoring and donations for local womens shelters.
